In March and April, when there are many relocations, we will have additional Saturdays open to accept notifications of moving in, and moving out. (We accept notifications of moving in and moving out on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month as usual. We are also always open on weekdays as usual.)
■ Temporary Counter Reception Dates and Times
(1) March 29, 2025 (Saturday) 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (noon)
(2) April 5, 2025 (Saturday) 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (noon)
*The window is open only at the city hall main office.
■ Services Offered
(1) Transfer Receptions: Acceptance of notifications of moving in, and moving out.
(2) Issuance of certificates: Issuance of copies of Residence Certificates, Certificates of Resident Record Details, and Seal Registration Certificates.
(3) Changes to addresses or names on My Number Cards, setting of PIN, issuance of Electronic Certificates, etc.
